why are critics’ reviews gospel truth when it comes to dc movies getting negative press but the critics must be brain dead when a marvel associated movie gets negative reviews??
also how come DC movies have to be equal to or greater than “the dark knight” to be considered passable but Marvel movies can be as unwatchably bad as “captain america: civil war” and still be considered an above-average movie? And how come DC fans still say the critics are often out-of-touch with what audiences like when they’re trashing “venom,” but when it’s any given DC movie and like every third review boils down to “it wasn’t tonally identical to Guardians Of The Galaxy which makes it a failure as a movie” they get nothing but support from mainstream marvel fandom?
